graduate from Kent University, Chris
decided to settle locally and and has made
Canterbury his home. At university, Chris was
the Youth
International Officer for the Liberal Democrats
and has been active in the ‘Drop the
Debt’ campaign against tuition fees.
“Nationally I support the LibDems because
of our policy to scrap tuition fees. Currently
students are leaving university with a millstone
around their necks, ordinary families are being
asked to make financial sacrifices which can
cause hardship and some students are simply
unable to take up university places! I just
wish Westminster listened to what people are
saying in the same way that the LIBERAL DEMOCRATS
have done in Canterbury!” |
